Digital products are refundable within 30 days if the product is materially defective, misrepresented, or fails to work as described and we cannot resolve it.
Startup packages are milestone-based. Because they involve dedicated team work, refunds follow the terms agreed at onboarding:
Custom development quoted on top of a package is billed per the agreed statement of work. Approved-and-delivered custom work is non-refundable.
