These terms govern your use of KodoBlocks, including developer products and startup packages. By using the platform, you agree to them.

Developer products are digital goods delivered as downloadable files or license keys. Once a purchase completes and download access is granted, the sale is considered fulfilled, subject to the Refund Policy below.
Startup packages are assisted, service-led engagements. Scope, timelines, and inclusions are confirmed in writing during your onboarding conversation before any payment is collected.
Startup packages include a defined support window (typically one year). Support covers bug fixes, deployment help, and light configuration. It does not cover net-new feature development unless separately agreed.
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). KodoBlocks does not store card or banking details. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. In short: developer products are refundable within the stated window if they are materially defective; startup packages follow milestone-based terms agreed at onboarding.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
